Personally I'd be happier with Huddersfield

I really can't believe we would lose this one. After three terrible semi final performances, I'm sure the players will be up for it. The final however will be a different matter, both Hull and Wigan seem to be streets ahead of the rest just now.

To be fair anyone outside of Warrington and Wakefield will think that the Wigan Hull game is the bigger of the two.

Huddersfield would seem a decent venue and it's not used to seeing big rugby league crowds

The thing is we already have our points on the board and it looks like we are going to fall over the line due to the poor performances of those below us and to that point our aim of avoiding the middle eights has been achieved, it's a near impossible task for us to reach the top four so on the basis that hitherto our injuries are slight, we have the luxury of rotating our squad with a view to the semi's.
On the other hand your your team is heavily involved in the top four and cannot afford to give less than 100% as a home game will be vital, so come the semi's maybe your take on it might not be as you hope, personally I hope your team like you go into the game thinking they're favourites and have only to turn up to win and may well come unstuck.

Just to balance your view Wakefield will be up for it too you will be favourites but dont just dismiss the opposition you could be in fir shock!

I think Wire will win at a canter, they can rest half their team for this one and still get to the final

I think Chris Hill needs some serious R & R, he looked knackered at the end of the Widnes game.

When was the last time he went off after 25 mins, he looked shot even before kick off.

I said last week, he was shagged out after the warm up for the Catalans game

Give him a break at Hull KR next week and Salford or Huddersfield if needed.

I'm at a 40th wedding aniversary in the north east at 7.30pm on the Saturday and my other half wants to have plenty of time to do her hair, so finishing at Leigh at 5pm leaves no time.
I daren't raise the subject.....

Hilly - he needs a rest. He's been playing with strapping for too long, but ideally although he'd rest next week, with Sims banned I can't see TS resting him.
Maybe he starts against HKR but does a low number of minutes with the others stepping up. I really hope he gets a rest soon.

Depends which Wire turns up.
We've lost to them this year, and we are not playing that well to be honest (thank goodness we've got Gidley / Sandow game management) and last year the semi was awful against HKR and we didn't deserve t win.
