The pitiful defensive efforts mentioned didn't happen every minute of the game, but how many times did we lose possession early in the tackle count or even on the first play with schoolboy unforced errors ? Knock ons, passes to ground,passes to anywhere but a player ,cocks up at the play the ball ,lack of composure.

If we had played well and lost I'd have been more concerned, but we were poor all over the pitch!
Our own errors stopped us capitalising on their errors. And vice versa if we meet em.against sure there will be a better performance from.both sides.

I suppose it is easier to analyse missed tackles when you are watching on sky, but i only watch once from the stands ,I haven't got sports channels at home.

tbf both sides will have been disappointed with that display, even Radford said as a spectator he would have asked for his money back, we are happy cos we got the points but am sure both will play better, maybe see you in the grand final?

What I'm pleased about it we probably put in one of our worst performances of the season and still beat the team in second at home.

FWIW, I don't think the players on either side were entirely to blame for all the handling errors. That ball must have been very greasy (interesting what the commentators said about the new ball), some players that are usually as safe as houses like Shaul inexplicably couldn't have keep hold of it.
