How long has Graham been in Aus?

Problem I see for Wire - you are like Saints 3 or 4 years ago - in transition. People often say this is a transitional year when in reality it usually takes 3 or 4 to turn things around.
The only time recently that I recall a massive turn around in 1 year is when McGuire went to Wigan - aided by an excellent youth policy already in place.

Exactly what I said right at the start about Salford, the squad is quality but too shallow as their youth structure is week. And I got shot down for it.

Teams with great youth structure do very well., that's why Wigan & Leeds always do well.
In 2012 we were flying high, so were our kids!
