| poor performance from us today, we lacked any intensity, any go forward and were poor defensively, wire took full advantage of our mistakes and had the game won by half time.
only gripe I had though is that higham totally dominated the ruck, but on numerous times warrington were moving off the mark at the PTB and making easy yards that way, fair play to you if you get away with it. also thought thaler had 2 sets of rules regarding holding down and messing around.
however that's not to say you didn't deserve the win as you were by far the better team,we just never got going.
and true about crabtree, probably his quietest game this year.

| Yes 2 or 3 chances went begging due to the unnecessary passing that is a regular feature of at least part of every game but we won at a canter & made Huddersfield look very ordinary.

Good spot, md
Nice to see we can win (away too) with players missing, and few Aussies on show.....
....and to think, supporters of other clubs come on here and say we're doomed when Morley, Briers, Hodgson, Monaghanx2 retire....
...ahhhh well.
Time for bed, Zebedee

Yes & Ben H, that makes 6 out of our regular 17 missing, but we still played like our old selves and came away with the points. Feeling very happy tonight.

| Maybe Huddersfield didn't care and were in second gear because they know it was an unimportant game and they are saving themselves for the playoffs, like us against Widnes, Hull KR etc.

more like next week!
I think we are realistic enough to know that our best chance of silverware is the cup and by beating leeds next week, not only does it put us in the quarter final but it removes one of the favourites too.
im not saying we didn't care today just that I don't think our intensity levels were that high, certainly if I had to pick one game out of the next 2 to lose it would have been this, we can get another 2 league points the next game,we don't get another chance in the cup.

| Huddersfield had one eye on next week, coinciding with Warry starting to put it together. Hopefully Hudds can see off Leeds and Saint Kev can have a week round Stevo's house so Stevo can tell Saint Kev how amazingly incredible he is and wants to have his babies.

| I was up North so went to this game today as a neutral and your defence was just immense, line speed, aggression, good structure etc. With the ball you were okay but I don't think you had to work too hard to score really. Best defensive display I've seen from any team in a long while.

| for me Micky Higham was MoM. It was a top performance from our pack especially Woody and Carvell. When the young lads came on they slotted in well. Nice piece of work from Danny Bridge to get Atkins in.

| Higham's been outstanding so far this season. Won't get a mention by $ky, maybe at a push BBC might mention it in passing, but he's not a media darling (seems you have to run after the refs telling them to off before you can be one of those) so I'm not holding my breath.
Two tough games against teams who've looked like they'll be around where we will be in the final table (maybe not if we carry in with this level of performance) and we won both convincingly. Things seem to be on the up.
Bring on the Challenge Cup, love that comp!

I suppose it depends on how he asked the touch judge.
