| To be the all time top try scorer for Wales, in the short time he's played for them, Williams can't be doing much wrong.

| If it makes me a knuckle dragger then so be it but I've never seen him run like he did for Cas in a Wire shirt.
Waste of a squad number

He is VERY highly thought of at the club by the coaching staff and I'd rather back their judgement than that of some of the muppets on here.'"
Well said Dave and I totally agree.

Most due, most support all in P&B. But you always get a few.

| I get sick of all this criticism where it isn't due. Rees has never let us down and has been unlucky in that we currently have some real quality on the wing. It's the same with our resident 'Bridge hater' with his 'Bridge can't pass' theory. Have a look at Chris Bridge's stats over the past 3-4 seasons, especially his try assists to his winger.

You are Phil Clarke ! Stato !
Bridge has had one good season last year which I agree with ! Previous to that his ball distribution was poor and his defence ridiculous may have all been down to the each he was no good at halfback, loose Fwd & fullback areas in which u need good ball handling skills which IMO he doesn't have ! He was brilliant last season at centre and deserved the credit for it this season he has been a shadow of last season's player which maybe down to being injury prone which I hope he recovers from ! I look at Atkins and his levels of play this year and think to myself another Atkins quality centre on the other side would be amazing but even bridge at his best would never be up there ! I personally would like Yeaman from Hull there but I doubt that will ever happen

Oh well, you must have seen something that Tony Smith hasn't seen. I presume you didn't see the RL cup match at Huddersfield in 2010, when he scored 5 and made several others with his non-existant handling skills?
Having a long standing knee injury isn't being injury prone.

| you dont have a clue what your talking about! how can you not like bridge? he's better than ratch in the centres by far, dont get me wrong i like ratch but i dont think he is a centre, he needs space to run at the line and in the centres he doesnt get that, he's class at 6 or fullback, but bridge, yeah he has had a bad knee you caant go saying he is rubbish...him and atkins are our best centres and will be our centres intill a player like evans come through and takes one of the places, he clearly does have ball skills seen as most of the tries scored on his side come from his passes! he has a good kick, step, pass, tackle and speed, what more do you want from a centre?

| I dont consider myself a knuckle dragger, i dont consider myself a muppet, and i certainly dont fall into the category of having a scapegoat to player bash.
But i just dont see it in this kid, he's been there or there abouts in the first team for 3 or so years now, i can't recall any appearance that i've thought, wow, he deserves to keep the shirt next week.
I can however recall games where i've been thoroughly disapointed with some of his play, his kick returns compared to other people on the field have left me underwhelmed, and the chase he gave up on last year when hull beat us at home, that was disapointing as well, considering one of our forwards chased Briscoe(i think) all the way from the other side of the field all the way to the sticks.
I know you're close to the juniors walt, i'm sure he's a nice lad but i just dont see it.
And bearing in mind what i said last week about junior development and giving them an extended chance, everyone else i referred to in that had impressive performances at some point, that led you to think they've got something, somewhere. Again i've not seen it with Rhys.

| If all are fully match fit I'd have Bridge as centre, but he's not so he's a sub for me
Grix and Woiod to miss out - just to give them a rest, but i can see Grix starting in place of Currie depending on how Currie has coped with jet lag etc

| In relation to Rhys I've watched him loads of times in the Academy at all levels and to be fair three years ago he was the player of the season for the u20s for me.
At first team level with Warrington he has always left me under-whelmed and disappointed. I can't think of a game where I think he has stood-out but likewise I can't think of any stinkers either. A particular gripe I have had is that he doesn't do enough of the "work" that wingers most do in clearing our own line, you never see him coming away from his wing into mid-field to take a acting half run. I think this is probably due to a general lack of rugby league experience and perhaps a naturally quiet/reserved tempermant.
That said he was really good for Castleford against us the other week and I'm pretty sure was Super League "winger of the month" in RL World (based on OPTA stats for games during July) so things appear to be going well for him at Cas.
Whilst still only young at twenty-two I think he will struggle to get regular game time at Warrington over the next couple of years which would inevitably see his game stagnate. Therefore I think a move away is best all round, I'm sure there will be plenty of Super League clubs who'd be interested in him and I wouldn't be suprised to see him a regular first team player somewhere next season.
I'd certainly wish him the best for the future.

| Any of the team who want any chance of playing at Wembley will have to perform on Friday v London fringe players have their chance to stake a claim , McCarthy has a chance in place of Harrison , I can't see Bridge ousting Ratchford but if theirs an injury to any of the 17 that played v Pies the others will have a chance to shine a stake their claim !
