People mya not be aware that sky channel 451 and onwards there are about 20 BBC Olympic sport channels, this will save you dicking about on the red button. I've spoke to a few that weren't aware, probably beacuse we go straight to 405 or 905 as soon as we get the sky remote.

Ta. Considering the amount of banal dump Trevor Nelson came out with over the course of the event, it's not even clear that it's a good thing.
