Quote: ChampagneSuperRovers "Why the kneejerk reaction? You scored more points than Huddersfield, Catalan in the cup, London and Castleford did on their travels to fortress MS3 Craven Park.'"

I think it is the manner in which it happened. After seeing your fight back against Hull last week and knowing you scored 70 the week before that, we should know you've got something about you. So to completely change the intensity of our play when we were just three scores up was disgraceful. We did play well in the first half, we did score a good number of points for an away game at a play-off quality away ground (we have now played the top eight away from home already this season - a positive to take from our season so far [albeit a bit off topic]) but we blew a lead when we're aiming for a title.

Credit to you because you wanted to win and, really, deserved to win with the absolute desire you showed.

You're playing well and it would be good for you to do well this season, and I expect you will. But surely you'd expect us to be disappointed with what happened today?

To be honest had to listen to it today as was at work, when wire went 18-nil Up I thought oh crap here we go, ad to turn the radio of the last couple of minutes as I thought briers was gonna wave sum magic, credit to my team for roughing it out against a quality team but credit to ur coach Tony smith for coming on and shaking every single rovers players hand, were now proving the last few games we've played haven't been fluke games, good luck for rest of the season.

me and my two mates both said this was the reason behind the result at the game today. Great win for us today but I think we all know who stands a genuine chance of getting silverware this season and it's not us.

Tbh you weren't even playing that well in the first half, you were 18 nil up yes but only because you scored off our mistakes, (knock ons and loose passes. )
I wouldn't be too down hearted, you'll still be in the mix come the end of the season.

I think you can safely say that you scored off enough of our mistakes in the 2nd half to even that one out icon_wink.gif

Cheers and we'll look forward to your new stand next year. And well done today. A spirited 2nd half display.

What a way to spend a birthday standing a country mile away from the pitch in the rain watching the lads throw away a lead
Our bench was very lightweight and the lack of forwards was a shocking decision don't see what Coops Tyke and Ben Currie did to be dropped
Credit to HKR they were good in the second half and Craig Hall really took control second half

Quote: lister "For most games we've had two and against Catalan away even had three.

I just can't understand the decision regarding the bench, especially as Morley has only just came back.'"
TBH I was utterly confused by the lack of size you had on the bench.

We just kept rotating Paea, Lovegrove, Taylor, O'hara, Mika and Clinton.
You had the likes of Morley playing the full first half.

In that weather it was always going to hurt you late on.
