The touchline report for BBC spoke to physio and said it was a blow to his backside causing the pain! It was a late hit and he tried to get a penalty for it, Dureau tried to get a penalty after every challenge. |

Yes Briers could have won more trophies elsewhere, but the fact that he has been surrounded by an average team for the most part of his career and has finally picked up a couple of trophies (and potentially more) after all that dedication to the club will make it so much sweeter for him.
The guy is Warrington through and through and I doubt he will have many regrets with what he's achieved.
