| Quote: Hardcore Legend "Anyone else disappointed that King didn't show on Sunday?, even woody played on the day his kid was born'"
Family comes before work every time.
I didn't expect King to play on Sunday but I do expect him to play this Sunday. Unless of course something else comes to light and he is needed at home.

Anyone would take Brett Morris ahead of any winger currently playing RL seeing as he's probably the best winger in the world.

Out and out choice, head says Morris, heart says Joel (mainly because he loves the banter). All things like salary cap, player quality, etc taken into account, Joel everytime.

to be fair pal I think the cutting inside thing is what Got williams in ahead of Penny....
I rememember being very curious on his (williams') deboo about what he had to his game that pushed him ahead of the most exciting winger warrington have had in years. So i watched him closely that day and on every occasion bar none on his Debut he cut inside with not even a glance at his opposite Winger or the space outside him, He simply wasnt interested ...that set the tone for me I was most underwhelmed.
like the old saying you get one chance to make a first impression.

I love Joel and think he has really settled into thew Wire psyche, however Morris every day.
By far the best winger I've seen play. He just does everything right. If we had the chance to get him, I would move hell and high water to seal the deal.

| Williams needs to sort his ball carry technique out, he spills it too often in the tackle, but he looks to have the potential to become a solid SL winger.
On the topic of Riley, I've always thought he's been overrated, and used to put it down to him being a Warrington lad. It seems to me that most of his tries are scored when the build up has pulled the winger in leaving him a stroll in - I don't think he is capable of scoring electrifying tries like Penny did (still disappointed we couldn't sort him out).

| I like Penny but for every electrifying try he scored he (probably) let one in.
Riley has worked hard on his defence. I'm not sure what the future holds for him but getting regular play at another SL club is good for him and us.
TS is doing this with a lot of our players to aid their development by sending them out on loan when he thinks they're not quite ready to step up.
Riley has proven his worth but I think his size is a concern for TS. Maybe he has a future at fb after Hodgson retires. It also depends on who we sign in the future for the backs.

| Riley not selected for Quins today - unless he's been recalled (if this is possible yet) or is injured but I've not heard either. He made their 19-man squad but not the 17.

| I think he be recalled next week as the initial loan period was for one month. Quins have got Luke Dorn back at full back today haven't they? Judging by the highlights on Boots N All, he was awful at full back last week. I'm a bit surprised they haven't put him on the wing this week.

| Hope we get Riles back and put him on the wing, he's miles batter than Williams in my opinion. He takes the line on with the ball and his defence is more dependable. We shouldnt let him just fade away. Hope we help him get abck to his best, I think he has a lot more to offer than Williams. Not sure he's a FB replacement for Hodgson though, Not yet anyway!
I thought that Penny was fantatsic in that first year then we changed how we used him and didnt put the ball in his strength area which was pace, we seemed to think he should be able to break tackles instead of putting him in gaps or chasing balls from chips and kicks. Thought it was a shame how he just seemed to slink out of favour.
