My favourite ever Stevo quote, he must say at least three times per game, it wouldn't be Super League without it.

During the post match discussion last Friday, Eddie said that Warrington weren't flash, no 'out of the back door' passes etc. Obviously he wasn't watching Monas and Chris Bridge.

my personal favorite, is one he said directly to me at a forum some time ago.

i asked him whether the club were ed off at jason hooper's late challenges (not tackles) on kickers and if we'd considered complaining about it.

He said no, and pointed out that we at warrington had a problem with Danny Lima shoving players into advertising boards after scoring tries (remember that?)and finished with the pearler.
