Well, yes. We were playing with seven guys who were 21 and under, so I would say that pretty much summed it up. However, we also played 100% better in the second half than in the first and had Foster had his 100% kicking boots on we would have won, which I'm stunned at because I didn't expect us to get within a breath of Hull today given our injuries.

We deserved the point.

Very questionable performance from Ganson. The RFL need to stop having fans refereeing the teams they support.

Saints did very well with their first thirteen being descimated by injuries (well that's three out of the thirteen missing for any other club).

Hope you are not belittling our achievement so far this season there? We've had 5 fullbacks this season and I think we're on our 6th halfback combination.

Saints have had several players missing from just about every game this season. I reckon we had 7 of the best 17 missing today. Take Briers and 6 more of your best 17 out and would you be happy with joint top?

eastmond was poor today looks like his mind is elsewhere (union) but wilkin was superb, impressed with him.

Credit where credits due... Saints got out of jail, Hull should have shut the game down. With all the players missing Saints have and still to perform like that after going 18-0 down, great point earned for them.

Does kind of put things into perspective of how well Saints are doing to be right up there. But in saying that, I believe with the 17 above we'd be able to hold our own against more than half the teams in the league too. Makes you realise how far we've come in such a short space of time - 5 first teamers, 1 sub and 3 squad players all injured and I still think we can field a 17 capable of beating anybody in the league.

All in all, credit to Saints. But hopefully we stay top from here on in! ISWT!
