why do they not move to Victoria park and use the athletics enclosure-it is enclosed has a nice stand and I beleive has good changing facilities, also a large (if unpaved!!) parking area

On the bright side, yesterday must have been a decent pay day. They ran out of programmes, food and cold drinks, and there must have been at least two hundred Stalybridge fans there.

That tends to happen even if the crowd is only a couple of hundred.

I went the Garfoth game, had loads of witty songs about Gazza, I turn up and their fans/board tell us they've not seen hide nor hair of him. I had to make do with "Where's yer Gazza gone" when they were 3-0 up.

On the bright side, I got to change ends at half time, like a real fan.

Did he not turn up in the changing rooms at half time with some chicken, cans of lager, dressing gowns and fishing rods?

Garforth Town sounds like they should be the local rivals for Fulchester United...
