What about using Burgess at prop instead of Bailey, and then bringing Westwood in.

50086_1357229109.jpg [b:33tg3xj5]Me:[/b:33tg3xj5] I'm still reeling from the news that someone is considering watching the 1st and 3rd game on Saturday and NOT watching Warrington play. It's like being in Shea Stadium when the Beatles came to town and deciding to nip out for a fag.
[b:33tg3xj5]knockersbumpMKII:[/b:33tg3xj5] Is it FOOK, you're good but you're not THAT good, jesus you wanky fans need to get over yourselves, Beatles at the Shea in '65 was a once in a lifetime opportunity for some (despite the following years performance), you can watch a very good team in primrose & yellow play every week if you really wanted to but comparing it to one of the very best music groups of all time in an iconic stadia such as the shea is overegging your importance, you're not even the best team in SL atm:d7dc4b20b2c2dd7b76ac6eac29d5604e_50086.jpg |

Fielden's next step would probably be to not get himself in these situations. He nearly always gets beaten up or substituted. He'd be better off concentrating what he's good at; being an above average prop in a good team.

Burgess is too good for prop. He is probably our best forward, dont think he should play out of position in all honesty. On top of that Burgess playing in the second row would give us more presence against the bigger stronger aussie backs. Helping out with tackling out wide etc...
I know this might spark up an argument, but i dont think westwood is good enough too force Burgess, ellis out to get into the starting 13. Burgess and ellis are bigger stronger and fitter, and it shows when they played for england against france. I dont even think Westwood is good enough to push joel tomkins out the 17, but if either of the three got injured, he'd be the first i'd bring in.
I think Ben westwood would get torn to shreds against the likes of Folau, Inglis, Hodges, Lyon, Morris brothers, Tonga etc... Joel is quicker than Ben Westwood which is why i'd play him as our second row of the bench.

He's one of the best tacklers in SL, and a better one than Joel.

Doesnt Neccessarily matter, Joel is quicker than ben westwood, thus using logic, he would be able to keep up with the speed of the aussie backs. An area in which we are lacking massively.

Burgess on the bench? he's our best forward, by a long shot. I dont understand why you would play westwood 13 either, he hasnt got the ball handling skills to play 13.
What about sam tomkins? Time and time again danny mcguire has shown he cant preform at international level, whereas sam has done reasonably well.
Shenton doesnt look big enough for me. He'll just get walked over everytime by the likes of inglis and folau. I'd be much happier with ryan atkins in the centre's.
Just my opinions though.

totally agree on sam tomkins... he is class and is easily the best 6 (and he can play full back) in super league ... but to say westwood isnt up to taking on the best in the world is way out... the guy is a trojan.
he has probably been our player of the year this season.

He wouldn't need to catch them because he would stop them
