No I am simply saying that the pub next too the stadium can not afford too stay open when it has the rugby on it's doorstep for 13 - 18 matches a year. But the royal oak branch has suvived and did suvive when the place was dead apart from match days.
Your sitting on a gold mine if you had that pub. whearas it has closed down. (How can a pub not suvive when it will take 90% of it's earnings on match days. And not make a profit) royal oak did. |
