Bad news that, hopefully he will return back to his best. I'd like to see Cooper brought back sooner rather than later, as we will miss Carvells go forward in the pack.

Gutted for you and Carvell, its a shame he seems to have picked up so many injuries throughout his career, cracking player but i think with a bit more luck on the injury front he could have been regarded as one of the best around.

Not confirmed that this is how its happened but the amount of times ive seen the guys in Total Fitness in flip flops it was bound to happen.

If a weight falls on you it doesn't really matter what you've got on your feet, unless it's steely enders.

He is out for 3 months. He could have been out for 6 months. That would have been worse so yes, it could have been worse.

Skysports reports it was a Weight Training accident, i just put two and two together from a vague report and my own experience, though like i say it hasnt been confirmed as such.

I`d prefer to look at the positive, we`ll get a fresh, and raring to go Gareth Carvell back for the most important part of the season. We should make the play offs no problem, its what we do in the play offs that matters and to have a fresh forward back with his pace will be a big plus.
