Just like Saints demand all their home games are Friday night !'"

Why on earth would you want all home games at 3pm on a saturday? With the stadium being so near to the town centre can you imagine what a nightmare that would be? Plus what about all those who work saturdays? Foz works in town until 5:30pm on a saturday, he never get to go to a game.

Sunday afternoons are still the best choice. The game is supposed to be family-friendly, how is friday/saturday nights sticking with that? I appreciate it for the Sky games but the rest of it is just irritating.

Saturday at 3? Give over!

Should be kept to Sunday afternoon.

Not really that bothered, but if pushed I prefer Friday evening as it gives me the chance for a little 'me time' having a few beers before, during and after the game. Also leave the Sunday free to do something with the family.

Sundays without a doubt, its a far more relaxed pre match preparation .A lazy morning, then Sunday lunch and a short stroll to the ground ground and a couple of beers.

Agreed. I'd have to miss the odd game because of work no matter when they were played because I'm on a rota but it does do my head in that teams in Super League have different regular kick off times.

One game on Sky on Friday, one on Saturday and all the rest Sunday 3pm is how it should be. It's especially a pain for aways and means I rarely get to go to Headingley which is one of my favourite grounds as I don't finish work early enough on a Friday to get there.

Everyone's circumstances are different and of course someone who works a lot of Sundays will say the opposite, fair enough, but I don't think a standard kick off time for all non televised matches is too much to ask for and 3pm Sunday is the traditional slot.

Sundays for me or I wouldn't manage the 280 mile round-trip too often.

Fridays bad for away supporters

Saturdays used to be standard for RL until the late 1960s when we moved to avoid the clash with wendyball. Although it taxes my brain to understand, we have to accept that a number of otherwise very intelligent Wire fans seem to find wendyball interesting, and no doubt would go to watch the 'Pool' or Newton Heath rather than Wire if we were back on Saturdays.

Saturday afternoon is the traditional kick-off time for RL.

Anyway, I like a good smattering of all options. If I look back through my catalogue of Super League memories, most the good ones will have been on Fridays and Saturdays, mostly because they were on Sky. However, my top three games from last season were all played on Saturdays. So you wouldn't want to lose that.

Nevertheless, most Warrington home games should be on Sunday afternoons. Sundays are, otherwise, pretty dull.

Sundays. If we lose you only have a few hours to mourn before starting the new working week and getting busy. If you lose on a Friday night it spoils the whole weekend.
