Put me next to Lee Briers and im sure id do alright too'"
which club have Sam and Kyle been playing for the last few seasons and they are completely different types of player. Pepperami mans' kicking game is woeful so you've no room to talk.

Remember Warrington has far more experianced and in my biast oppinion better players than Salford so Ritchie wont shine as much. IMO he needs to be more confidant and want the ball more ala Tomkins and Eastmond. Big price tag deserves a big game player, Thats not having ago.'"
He's 19 not 29 we are going to get the best of him over the next 5 to 7 years this nit picking like this really fccuking bugs me that lad has scored 5 tries in 6 games.

I know I'm butting in as a Saints fan but since you mentioned Kyle ...
Kyle began to shine as a no.7 when Leon began to play. Kyle is a young player who is very much learning his trade. He has a certain flash, a sidestep and a swerve which probably means he is noticed more readily than Myler. He is also pretty versatile. He scored all our points at the GF from the centre spot. He has covered fullback a few times now and is slowly picking up the role. But he is only in the early stages of his no.7 career and without his partner functioning well, he does not make the impact he makes when Leon is on form. But then the halfbacks are partners and so even when both are very experienced, if one is not functioning well, the other will suffer and overall play will not be as good.

| Myler is what he is a 19 year old raw talent, who will get better.I am happy with what he has done in a Wire shirt so far,off cause they is room for improvment. He is only young,so some of his decision will be wrong some of the time.An when that wrong decision is made, its upto the coaching staff to put right.Myler is, for me one of the top prospect in world rugby. He will only get better.

If that amount was spent on international, seasoned pro.Yes,you would but on a 19 year old who has 12 years of rugby in him, then no is your answer.

then more fool on you he isn't a seasoned pro and no unproven player is worth that kind of money...should have spent it on developing youth rather than buying it.

| The key for Myler is who Warrington find to replace Briers.

| IMO i don't really rate him and never have. I never really got what all the fuss was all about.
In myler's defence tho, he is a ball playing scrumhalf and only 19. With eastmond and tomkins they are runners of the ball as well as ball player, so they stand out more as they make more breaks. It's hard for a 19yr old lad to control the game like myler is expected to do.
If myler is as good as smith thinks then i don't think you will see the best of him until he's 21 when he will be more mature. When briers returns will help myler a great deal but don't expect a 19yr old kid to run a a side in super league as it will not happen.
Eastmond is finding it easier as he has super pace off the mark and has good power, he stands out more.

Agreed. I watched him at Salford and always said his only real talent is in backing up a break - and yes he is very very good at that. I posted something similar on this site when he left for Wire and was told it was sour grapes.
If you have a top class play maker beside him they he will be the top try scorer, but of you are relying on him to make the play, they you will be disappointed.

Didn't set up that many tries last season then?
