Andrew has battled Bipolar disease for many years. From the highs playing in big games with off the cuff moves to the lowest of lowe's where is options included suicide. He describes "Joey" as a sort of alter ego the face you see on TV etc. The wild side. "Andrew" side is the loving father and husband the family man side. Got his book superb read should anyone buy it.

It'd be nice to see him again but I think this would just be a distraction. |

I'm not saying that the fans should be present during tactical matters but basic warm up and basic Ball skills etc. Just think about the amount of revenue that would bring to the club? |

It's strange that all of this came out after Johns got caught with an ecstasy tablet, sounds like media management to me, playing the card that he was forced to turn to drugs because he had such a miserable life. I reckon he was just a bloke who liked to party and had a bit of chemical assistance every now and then like half the population of the western world, and when the media started demonising him he got advised to start telling the world his sob story.
Remember when Gareth Hock got busted this season and one of his teammates (think it might have been O'Loughlin) was in the papers saying the game shouldn't turn its back on him, he needs the support to help him with his 'problem'....yeah right |

The thing that got me with all that was he said he didnt know he had the pill in his pocket!  oh come off it.
compared to the avarage working class person he had it made he was a superstar on top of the world. he had no exscuse but to play the sob story card. most of these players are at it or have dabbled. there young lads that are allways in a group and like to go out and party. |
