| Quote: Dropkick Murphy "To be honest I find it embarrassing that we can find 25-30,000 people who want to go to Wembley but can't sell out a home game with a capacity of half that.
I understand people who now live far from Warrington making the effort to go to Wembley but not going tomorrow but I don't understand why people who live in or near the town but do not really support the club would want to go to Wembley and if they do really support the club why do they not want to go tomorrow?'" every single team apart from likes of utd and that take loads to big finals so why act like its a new thing?ill be there tomorrow but those who wont be so what? it happends in every single sport its no big deal

| Yes I know it's hardly unique to us but it's never something I've understood.
To be honest despite growing up in Warrington I was only into football as a kid and didn't get into RL until I was in my teens. On the day of Wembley 1990 I was at Anfield as I had no interest in travelling to London to watch a team I didn't support just because I lived in that town.
As I got older I got into the game and naturally supported my local club but my parents (lived in Warrington for the last 28 years but not originally from there) have never been to an RL game in their lives and didn't suddenly develop an interest when Wembley came around as many others seemingly did.
I know it happens but I don't understand it personally.

| I know of 4 people that are buying season tickets on the back of us winning the challenge cup. If we get 10,000 on sunday it's a win win for us.
Bring on the glory hunters.

Time for a break! Think I will help collect litter under the East Stand whilst that is on. We need to come up with something that's entertaining for next season.

Sacrifice the away fan at half time.
Quins celtic and Cats excluded but 3 extra wigan fans will take their place

| Then may i express my dissapointment with the club. I rang to see what would happen if we took our child (havent done it before) and the gentleman on the end of the phone old me due to the number of tickets sold he would only let us buy tickets for the north stand as ALL other stands were virtually sold out and expected to be so. When is say ALL he evn said the west was expected to be full with Wire too. Due to the expected "crush" (his words) with decided to not go and risk it. Im goin to be quite miffed with the club, if it isnt packed.

At least you got to speak to the ticket office.
I have just spent 72 minutes on the phone to your ticket office (at 10p per minute).
During this 72 minutes I moved from only position 5 to position 2 in the queue. I cannot believe that it takes this long to serve 3 customers!!!
Absolutely disgusting.

We're not all missing it because we want to. Some of us are missing it through circumstances.
As Foz said, we're furious with the club. We really wanted to go and take our daughter with us, it'd be her first RL game. As she's special needs we needed seated tickets as it's not practical to stand and hold her all game along with her oxygen and, as Foz said above, the club told us they couldn't accomodate us. Listening on the radio it sounds like there's love all there

| I wasn't having a go at any particular individual as yes obviously some people will be regulars who cannot attend a particular match for whatever reason. I just meant in general it should have been easy to sell out today but it wasn't even close.
You two certainly sound badly stitched up by the club so I sympathise with you.
On a side note I almost wish I'd just gone in the South Stand today as after swapping my voucher for the West as usual and going to my normal spec I found it full of school girls who pierced the air with their screams as the teams were read out, Wolfie appeared, the teams walked out, etc.
I went for a pint at half time so missed whatever they were doing on the pitch and thankfully they didn't come back for the second half!
