No Paul, like i typed above i have my doubts about any person that has been away from rugby league for as long as Sean Edwards has been away and then coming back as a coach, the game has changed a lot since his playing days and a rookie coach is not what we needed before Tony Smith took over. Thats why i raised my concerns about Lowes being given the job when he was announced as our new coach as he was a rookie himself who also was part of the shambolic Salford season that cost Karl Harrison his job.

you just mensioned to kids who can run at the defence with out crapping there pants and both of them can tackle and give it 100% every week , briers cant tackle if a little kid came running at him and monaghan when he gets the ball he gives it the oppossition by passing it , how may times this season have we seen that happen and matt king i would rather play with 12 players than 13 .

Don't think he would have the same effect at Wire as he does at Wakefield as he seems to have the freedom to do what he wants and a stack of workhorses around him.
I have a feeling his defensive frailties may be more aparant at Warrington |
