I think you have a very long wait ahead of you there, warrington will never win anything aslong as briers is on the pitch he never clicks with anyone we always seem to have two individual halfbacks on the pitch playing two completely different games and not together! |

Spot on. Playing 5 drives and a kick with a flat attack leaves the halves redundant.
I thought adding Nigel Wright as an Assistant Coach was meant to be adding new ideas in attack ?

Can do all kinds of things in training but if it doesnt fit into the plan then it wont be used.
I hope (if the current regime survies the winter weather) that in the summer when the ground firms up, we are not using the same tactics.

you can't have been watching Warrington very long then, out of his 57 starts for us, 41 have been at 6 |

As boring as it may be, at least we were finishing the sets against saints and getting good field position. Couldn't even complete sets when Catalan decided to wake up |

Agree completely. It was Monas kick that put pressure on them on their own line. Chased it himself, made the tackle and made the second tackle that forced the dropped ball. Wire posession 10 out, bam, missile from Higham to Carvell 10-6. It's easy to moan but monas didn't do much wrong. |

Agreed. But he also made a glaring one on one miss that led to a Catalan try (he often misses crucial tackles despite being generally very good defensively - lack of concentration?).
At the end of the day we need more from a scrum half and top overseas signing than being hard working - good passing game, ability to make breaks, varied kicking game etc. |
