| Why does he automatically get 12months? Absolutely zero has improved. In fact this is as dire as under jimmy lowes

1) recruitment cycle
2) change takes time
3) we gave other coaches time
4) who do we replace him with.

| 1. I've no idea who's in charge of recruitment but it's been poor. The players in aren't as good as those they've replaced
2. I agree it does take time but if there's no sign of improvement, not getting the most out of players, frankly we look lost and devoid of tactics or ideas - whatever work is going on it clearly isn't working
3. If it's not right it's not right
4. Dunno

If you are playing like this in 3 months, You'll be playing in the championship.

We ended up in the middle 8s under the messiah Smith.

| But why give him another 12 months?
He's been in charge of recruitment for over 12 months, and it's not been as bad, since Reg Bowden brought those Muppets from Fulham with him.
There's obvious unrest in the camp. Hill gone, and Cooper (if rumours are to be believed) going. As I've said before, he's James Lowes reincarnated. A bluff Yarkshiremon who's never been in the wrong.
High tariff players are massively underperforming, yet their starting positions are guaranteed.
Get rid of him this week? NEVER.
BUT.
The ice he's treading on, is getting thinner. We are in a results business. Our results STINK (for our outlay).
As I said on the match thread, Anderson and Plange were sacked for less

There is unrest for sure. Do we bow to player pressure or stick with the one coach who has had the balls to address the issues?
Let's face it, we are not missing much. We wimped out of the playoffs 3 years running when "playing well" .
This has been coming a long time - players thinking they are better than they are, bigger than the club and playing when it suits.

So we sack him when we're in the bottom half of the Championship? Ok, I get it now.....

Do you really believe we are going to get relegated?

| If Toulouse beat Saints..,,
Wakey beat Wire for the 3rd time…
Doesn’t that pretty much confirm we are NOT “in a good place” ?
Our whole season now is balanced on the Wakey game, we win, we are on, we lose, we are gone.
A defeat to Wakey and time is up?
Can we afford any more time to buy into the DP ethics?
DP had a very different sound to him in the sky post match interview…
He spoke fast, and words sounded rehed and defiant of his system.
To me it sounded like a man in desperation, denial, and out of touch.

| To me he sounded like a man who knows his job is safe this season and is just riding the wave. Inside he is fuming and upset but showing us it's not a problem just yet. Maybe after another couple of losses we will see the anger come out. Playing in relegation games he won't be able to hide his true feelings.

Completely agree. He’ll be hear next season with a different set of his players who can buy into his approach. Hence in his head we are in a good place.
