| For the Wire fans, Id park up on Haymen Ave, Lonsdale Ave, Jean Ave or Sydney Avenue.
No more than a 5 min walk but you are guaranteed a quick getaway via the East Lancs or indeed Lowton.
Good luck tomorrow from a Birchwood Leyther !

That amazed us as well. We have had to book taxis.
Leigh is a proper backwater!

| For parking Leigh is one of the best grounds around, there is loads of on site parking and it's free, you can also park on Morrisons and the College car parks as well.Charlie knows.

Have you thought of a wayfarer ticket ,£12 for the day. Train to Newton le Willows then 15 minutes Arriva 34 bus.
Train & bus are covered by ticket.

| Ta, but a £4.20 day rider covers it from where I live in South Manchester! It takes a stupidly long time though. No idea how Wakefield fans using public transport from over the Pennines are going to get there.

| Not much good if you don't live in Wakefield so would prefer public transport to an organised coach. Towns without train stations should be uninhabited wastelands, not semi final venues. Nice ground though, I'll give you that!

Cheers, when I finally arrived at 2.00pm I parked in Jean Ave, then walked to the ground for 2.15pm. By then i was a complete stress head, having started the drive from Teessideat 9.00am, having my car catch fire and get burnt to a cinder at Dishforth, been given a lift back home by N. Yorks Police, borrowed my daughter's car and re-started the journey at 11.30am. So it was nice when I finally arrived at Leigh that parking wasn't a problem and I could finally calm down.

| Glad there were no issues for parking.
A Wire double this season and Leigh getting promoted would be a dream season.
Good luck at Wembley.
