The cost of everyday living is rising all the time with wages not matching these price hikes people are just choosing there games and tightning there belts a little. thats my opinion anyway

I know at least 2 people who have given a season ticket up because of the low number of Sunday games. I almost had to do it myself, but a change in my job ensured i didn't have to.

Lack of bed sheets offering philosophical musings. Or the fact that people don't have as much disposable income as they did a couple of weeks ago, the novelty of high scoring games has worn off and the (daft IMO) belief that 27 rounds mean nothing.

It's interesting that a number of people have said they prefer Sunday games. Personally i like the evening games especially in the summer months when I like to make the most of any nice days and have a day out.

Exactly. I'd much rather a summers evening, nice weather where you can get in the beer garden before hand and make a good day of it. Sunday nights can't have a drink when you're up at 5am for work.

That's just me though, doesn't suit my situation. I do wonder though, why people would prefer making a good day of it in the sunshine.

Shifts for me well my wife's i work days and she works evenings. I get to Friday games could do Saturday but can't do Sunday and don't remember the last Saturday game.

ps i have 3kids under 6 so childcare would be issue and cost for us all to go every week

As a season ticket holder upto and including 2012, I gave it up this year after I became disillusioned about the number of games being switched at short notice, the often boring one sided games and the crazy play off system.
So I got Sky Sports instead, intending to go to some matches. But of course once you get out of the habit of going, other things take over.
I do miss a good shout though. It is not the same shouting at the TV.

I have hardly been this year. This is mainly due to the cost however if I expect a high intensity game that will have a significant outcome I will normally attend.

All about the value.

I don't attend as often as i used to, 2 points don't carry the same value, win's aren't as important as they used to be, lack of intensity.

Personal i rarely miss the sunday games but fridays are very iffy for me and saturdays can be as well so gave my season ticket up 6yrs ago.

I hate missing any games and have been watching for nearly 40 years but some games get missed due to family events, holidays etc. cant be helped and Yes I am still a true fan before anyone says otherwise
