I wouldn't do that... The fabric behind the bensons patch will probably be a different shade of yell and blue after a few months... Take a few stitches out and peel back the patch a little... If the shirt doesn't have big holes in it and the colour is the same let me know..... Then I will go out and buy one to do the same..... If you only take a few stitches out it will be easy enough to get re-stitched.

there was a fella on the train today who had the away shirt without the bensons logo on, he was saying it was removed at the back of the markey for 2 quid.

If you've got nothing better to do with your time I can find you A few job's to do around the house.

It would be a better looking shirt,without that god awful logo splashed across it.

....said patch now removed by mum-in-law using a handy little tool found in her sewing box...



Shirt looks fine and there's a slight (very slight) trace of where the patch had been and will disappear once it has been washed.

Just compared the two shirts and the replica is not a replica of the official shirt it is compltetely different apart from the yellow and blue colour. Nice shirt thopugh.

Are you sure ? Ive looked closely and i can`t spot any differences at all between the players and fans shirts, they are both blue and yellow hoops with Bensons for beds in the middle.

The players version might be a bit tighter but other than that they look the same, Lee Briers shirt looks identical the fans shirt if you ask me, the pic below should put this one to bed.

Players' shirt doesn't look at tight as recent years. For those mortally offended by the *gulp* cotton home shirt this might be an option. Yes it will cost you a few extra quid but you will at least be able to look like the players, which is the main thing.
