You've forgotten the most important key moment. We signed Tony Smith.

It was all a bit embarrassing really. What would the cheerers have done if he went on to score the winning try, or smash one of our forwards.

I'm interested to see the try on the Super League show as well, as from where I was sat, I thought he was short of the try line as well? icon_confused.gif

I would like to think that is the case. I wouldn't like to see him go on for any longer than the end of this year.

Absolutely right. A few weeks ago some on here were saying he was finished. All he ever needed was a bit of regular game time.

Harrison is a superb player, and a really huge asset to the side thanks to his versatility. He's got safe hands, is one of our best offloaders, has good ball handling skills, low error rate, a great tackling technique and a huge appetite for work.

I suspect he's one of the first names on TS teamsheet every week.

Still would have cheered him because he is a Warrington legend.

But after the game would have posted a thread on here saying we should have given him one more season with us.

He could have scored 10 and it wouldn't alter the image of him lifting the CC with LB in 2009 that is engraved on my brain.

Some people, regardless of their choices on leaving the club and beyond, naturally deserve celebrating as legends. He is one.

I would like to agree with all those singing the praises of Ben Harrison. He is like the glue that holds the pack together.
He is not a flash player but an eighty minute grafter whose tackles are really effective as was witnessed when Hock had a go at him out of sheer frustration. I don't think it is any coincidence that the team's return to form came about after his return from injury.
He would certainly be one of the first names on my team sheet

Ben Harrison is doing very well at present & maybe that is due to being able to get regular game time. He has shown promise all his time at Warrington but his career has been blighted by injuries which have interrupted his consistency.

+1.
I think Mr Child was swept up in the emotion of the moment.

I too, like Wire Weaver, will await a video replay via the Super League Show

I was in the North East corner - best seats in the house I reckon - and I doubted he'd reached the line. Having seen it on Super League Fulltime, I think he probably did.

However, even if he'd run the length of the field, I wouldn't have cheered him. Bizarre behaviour.
