I'm with you on this one. I was heartened to read Richie Mathers tweet yesterday which said he was doing extra training after having an early night on the homecoming, so he was ready for training today. That is exactly the sort of attitude we need.

We should aim to win every game we play and whilst there is a chance of making the playoffs we should have that as our goal. I think TS will be of the same mindset.

I still can't see anyone saying we shouldn't try, and that's certainly not what I said.

Yes, me too. The physical drain exerted by a game like Saturday's must not be underestimated, however, and although the players are still running on adrenaline from winning there, there's a good chance it'll hit them hard sometime this week.

people are forgetting that KR will also be fired up. They have the CC champs at their ground which will motivate them. It will be a very tough match

Sure will, but it is winnable without doubt.

We wont beat KR and we wont make the play-offs..... If we somehow manage to scape it into 8th then we wont go much further.
The League was forgotten about a long time ago unfortunately but if we hit the ground running next year then there's no reason why we cant compete for both trophy's.
