Yeah i think Bullock was signed as there isn't an abundance of quality props about, and he's a big dude who has it in him when he's in the mood.

I assume it's a mental thing with him as we've seen him when he's switched on, but he's so hot and cold it's frustrating. He could be a really good consistant prop but just never is

I was hopeful for him. It's a pity as he has the physicality just not the mentality.

Bullock, should have stayed on loan at Widnes, but from what am hearing from a Widnes player, he was a bit soft in training and didn’t seem cut out to play rugby league.. such a waste of cap space signing him for another two years. He has the size but looks absolutely terrified when steps on the rugby field

That contract extension really is looking ever more bizarre. At the time it was announced, Sam Burgess said "He’s a valued part of our pack, a popular figure amongst the playing group and he will be an important player for us in the years ahead” but frankly, his team selections just don't back up those words.

Lachlan Lam is a bit of quality & a relatively low risk signing. He will need big money but he would (obviously) improve any side in Super League
