| I agree in we need to hold fire on all this binning people talk, there is a lot of rugby still to be played, and big games on the horizon,,
Youth is great and yes they need blooding, but not full time SL from the off, Patton started great, but soon learned, how hard the SL week in week out is at a young age,, let's leave it till end of season when as they say the table never lies,, we need a big squad, I would personally keep lathwaite and England for that reason,

| Really hope I am wrong but Simon Grix will do well to come back from such a serious injury and virtually a full year out of the game. Ben Evans would be very unlucky to be written off unless his injury is career threatening. Jack Hughes, however, could turn out to be a very good lower profile signing. At 24, he has good experience and is a solid back row and can cover centre pretty well.

| There has to be a case for raising the salary cap under this new format ,it could be embarrassing if come grand final ,clubs are scratching around to make up a team ,due to injuries

| I think an extra off cap sum should be put aside for 19-21 year old club trained players in the absence of a reserve team competition.
Might enable the clubs to continue a players development.

He doesn't really add much to the attack does he? Solid tackler though.

Seems like a sensible solution

| Any talk of offloading either of the Evans brothers is idiotic. Arguably Ben has proved to date to be the better prospect. He has a similar build and drive as had Danny Nuttley, and punches well above his weight as a prop. He's already a very good prop, a position in which most agree that players only reach their peak towards the age of 30. Rhys may not quite be fullfilling the 'wonderkind' image we had of him as a teenager, but he's still a great centre/winger with pace and top-class defense. If Bridge goes, and with Joel getting older we need a specialist centre in the squad and Rhys fits the bill.

| If we sign Sandow, Gidley surely has to play in the halves alongside him as our organising halfback which leaves stef at fullback where he is most comfortable and it's by far his best position, stef needs more time for his decision making which is exactly what he gets from Fullback . Put Stef at standoff and we have a headless chicken, He doesn't get enough time there to do any kind of organising whatsoever.Leave Stef at fullback for me .. Sandows a maverick off the cuff player as we all know so for me stefs a poor option to partner him in the halves ..
For me the outgoing players should be
Rhys Evans
Chris Bridge
One of Ormsby or Penny
Wheeler
Gob and Myler
Asotasi
Players i'd keep that have been mentioned are
Russell
Laithwaite
England
Harrison

| Would have thought Richie would have stayed local with him just having the little one and his wife's career based here.
Heard a whisper that Ben Evans will be joining Bridge on the short commute to us next season.
How about a swap, Mellor for Myler, I think Mellor is good enough for a top four side but plays second fiddle to Brown for us, whereas Myler may flourish playing alongside Brown as he is more of an organiser
