does burgess deserve any leniency due to last season? Recruitment rubbish. Attack rubbish . Defence hit and miss. Going into this season with this set of forwards was always going to be a disaster.

Well I suppose a Fitz injury was way overdue. Especially while he's being one of our few highlights recently. 

He'll be banned for that next week. Does us no favours. 

We're just poor across the board, aren't we? Can't moan about injuries, we have our first choice 1,2,3,4,5,(de facto) 7, 9, 10, 11 +, 12 and 13 all playing. Only missing 6 and 8 from the starting lineup. 

Well, that was fecking awful. You can't play for 15 mins and expect a win. 

It's from 14, 15, 16 and 17 that we aren't getting enough. And no's 2 and 5 are completely forgotten about until the game is gone.

The optimist in me likes to think that's because they're marked out of the game and shut down, but the pessimist (realist?) side of me thinks we just don't bring them into the game until it's too late as we said. 

Burgess seemingly happy with that according to his interview then. He must have seen a different match to me. I have a horrible feeling we're banking on Wembley. Ugh. 

Our reserves and academy keep winning week after week. Any chance we can see some of those lads in the team in the near future? Especially seeing as a lot of that so called team we had out today thankfully won't be here next season. 

That would require thinking outside the box! I also believe that first team football would suck the life out of them.
