I'd guess that's his career ended, I think he said he was retiring at the end of the season. Such a shame, one of my favourite players and one of the only ones I think Wigan made a mistake in letting go.

Gutted that the rumours I received last night were true, I think it’s unfair for players that have had lengthy careers when they don’t get to bow out on their own terms. Played his part in SL over then years Kev.

If the club go and seek Salary cap dispensation as Cas have done, who would you sign??

Does it need a dispensation or can we use the same rule as when Hicks left? Wasn’t he paid off in full in the off season so it didn’t count?

Massive fan of KB myself when he was at Widnes. He was he go to guy at Widnes so I feel we got more out of him, still done a job for Wire too.

Horrible bit of luck and speedy recovery, I think he’s played his last superleague match now you’d feel.

WQorth a try but the difference between Brown and Gale is that Gale was injured and had not played any games (friendlies) Brown played against Widnes I believe there is a distinction between them, good luck with it.
