I'm sorry.
I've just heard Smith's after match opinions, and, quite frankly, they were B0Ll0cks.
He's obviously not witnessed the same game that 8000+ attended (unless it's some Baldrickesque cunning plan, to lull Widnes into a false sense of security for Good Friday).
Weren't far off? Weren't far off Championship level...that's more the level....

I know and i remember saying on my way home that he would say exactly that, he doesn't give a lot away Tony, and at times it is extremely frustrating. I just hope he hasn't got the same opinion away from the cameras, otherwise we may be in for some even worse performances this season. |

Not really, but this season is already infinitely better than the last four or five. I think we'll come up short this season (Out of cup at Leeds and run out of steam Huddersfield style in the playoffs) but at least we're giving it a go this year. |

Completely agree with all of that. I've deliberately avoided Smith's post match comments, as you just know it will be something along the lines of "we weren't far off and just made a few too many errors". We are miles off course and look clueless, nobody was up for it last night and the lack of communication was appalling.
We can bleat about Briers all we like however Dobson was just as, if not more crucial to Rovers and they certainly seem to be managing! |
