As a sport RL cannot be seen to condone the actions of Hock, Tuson, Magennis and for that matter McCarthy-Scarsbrook. In that respect I believe the ref was right to dismiss three of them, his only mistake was in letting the fourth (who was quite possibly the instigator of the whole thing) get away with it.

Gareth Hock is an awesome Rugby League player, but he desperately needs to learn to channel his aggression in the right way. Opposition players know that if they push him far enough he is prone to the sort of brain fart we saw yesterday.

Deserves a 10 match ban for just being ugly. What a fantastic player he can be without his thuggery.

Punching is against the rules so Hock deserved a red. 'The Biff' should be about big but legal hits, not cheap shots. As for 'not liking' Hock, I've never met the bloke.
