I presumed from what he said that Tomkins had been done for the same thing before. If he hadn't the post makes no sense to me either.

Just to clarify:

Tomkins never had a warning for use of the feet before our game so upsetzombie is mistaken if that is what he meant. He's also never done it since our game so upsetzombie is mistaken if that is what he meant. I'm sure he'll clarify.

No need for me to be defensive, just thought it a bizarre question in relation to the discussion. As far as I'm aware you only get a warning for foul play that could injury another, and the ref didn't deem it worthy of a penalty, so no. Although, seeing Ryan Bailey had two warnings for use of the knee in the last 12 months before he did it again this weekend and still wasn't banned, I'd say the use of the warning system isn't up to much anyway.
