As for "drain on resources" I think it is well accepted by many that if HM Government, rightly or wrongly, grant asylum (immigration) to a HIV/AIDs suffering Eritrean female national that this will cause an additional drain on our NHS resources more than if asylum (immigration) was not granted in that specific case.
