We are due to beat Saints.
This season we lost to Saints on goal kicking but Leeds beaten us with more tries.

We could but having seen us beat Leeds a few times since that last Saints win am just more hopeful of a result against them.
Just got a gut feeling its Saints.

Everyone is pinning down Catalan as the team to get, but to be honest, they are going to be tough too as they have sod all left to play at. The league is out of the window so they effectively have 2 full months to rest up and prepare for this one off game.
Who ever gets them could be in for a shock.

Agreed. They'll target the Cup the way we did last year and spend two months preparing for the semi. It won't be easy for whoever gets them.
I'm starting to lean more towards Leeds than Saints now but in reality I don't want either of them. Leeds are the favourites in my view and we never beat Saints. Therefore they're as bad a draw as each other.
I've got the gut feeling it'll be Saints though. |

Usually everybody would be saying they want Saints?
Surely its best to play them now before they build up a head of steam and we have to face them in the final.....this is the point where Hudds did them last season. You can bet one thing 100%, Saints will not lose at Wembley, they will certainly not lose to us at Wembley. If we draw Leeds and Saints have Catalans then thats goodnight to our chances of winning the cup. Our best bet is to draw Saints on a neutral non Wembley venue, and put them out in the semi. If we beat Saints in a semi then we will have the confidence to go on and beat Leeds at Wembley, and if we lose the semi then that saves us all a bit of money and a wasted trip to Wembley and we can focus on winning SL without the distractions of Wembley that will be occupying our main two rivals for the title.
