When Smith was off on other duties & Lowes was left in charge we always put in a bad performance & got hammered.

He's the less influential part of a duo (Okay, a team of follk but let that go) that delivered the clubs first major trophy in 35 years, So I'll give him some slack to be honest.

He annoyed the hell out of me as head coach, but all the vibes seem to be that he's a bloody good assistant. Given Che's (see what I did there all you fussball fans) philosophies and insistance on attitude and whatever, Jimmy must have alot of qualities as I think he's made it extremely clear from the outset that he isn't prepared to work with anybody that doesn't have this.

Folk have questioned alot of Smith decisions, alot of folk intimated that there'd be some sort of 'Cull' just as soon as he could, both on the playing & coaching roster, well, I think he's made it pretty clear to date, handing out renewals to the likes of V.Anderson, Briers, now Lowes, if you have the quality of character and want to be here, there's a place for you, fall beneath these standards, like Gleeson, and maybe that Physio, you're gone.
