And again today when I watched the game again



And again later today when we went to the homecoming

I sobbed like a big girl

So did i, at the homecoming, but it was ok, i used the rain to hide it.

I was too busy to be jumping around oike a mad man to be crying, althoufg two of my mates did shed more than a few tears.

I nearly drowned block 510 when the little kiwi with the big lungs hit that last note of Abide With Me.

Was alright until about 15 mins into the second half when the eyes were welling up again.

Then when the hooter hit, the floodgates opened. I had sunglasses on, though, so noone saw me

Was nice to see the fella next to me have to remove his glasses every so often to whipe his eyes when he thought no one was looking.

Only after watching it on Sky+ did I realise how well Hayley Westenra was. None of this going up 10 octives on the last note.Emotional. And Hayley, I know you use this board

Cried like a baby at the semi final though.

cried at abide with me,final hooter and lifting the cup soooooooooooooo proud

I think I felt 19 years of emotion when the hooter went

Please don't be so long next time though

Blubbed at Widnes and again at Wembley. Hope this blubbing is going to become a habit as I'm beginning to enjoy it.




Boys were superb, our tackling in the 2nd half was the best part of the game for me. We sickened the Giants off without a doubt to the point where they had almost stopped supporting the man with ball as they knew he was going to ground. Fantastic effort.
