not many wingers do
dallas at wigan was a light weight so was sullivan at saints but they scored a lot of tries between them
Wingers usually don't have a 8 or 10 frame, probably why they are on the wing ? |

how manys have we seen him bundled into touch he seems to lightweight for me give him his due fast as lighting but i cant see him knocking over his opposite number when two yards out |

That can be sorted out, though.
At his age, he has years of developing to do, physically and as a player, which could be in his favour, as he probably won't reach a 'peak' until later in his career. |

I can't recall the last time he was put in touch to be honest. I only associate that happening with his 'golden period', the end of 2007. He was scoring tries for fun but getting thrown about a bit, even if he was 20m in from touch you were worried. Since the start of 2008 I can't recall it happening too often.
He's the only Warrington player that genuinely excites me, others can do pretty cool stuff, moments of genius like, but in terms of taking breath away stuff, it's always him.
Saints away last year.
Try against Wigan at the HJ.
Opening night v Hull last year. (Not just him)
I just really want him to do well, keep improving and we'll all get the benefit of watching a truely exciting fella for hpefully 8-10 years and there'll be loads of breath taking moments ahead. I know I'm biased, but I don't think there's a better sight than we gets in full flight, like when he took off at KR last year, you could almost hear a collective gasp, then everyone in the stand was running for him, it was just, I dunno, exciting I guess.

Very good post, and I agree 100%. We can do some good stuff as a team, but there is a reason that people get so excited about this lad. |
