Well congratulations to Salford, best of luck in the final, I hope they win. Inu has been fantastic in both games this week. Fair play.

We were far too soft in defence and key areas, a game we should have won comfortably really, poor points to give away throughout. Hill was brilliant so were Cooper, currie and Jack Hughes they didn't deserve to lose.

Every time we had a 2 score lead we handed momentum back with dumb errors.

Ashton was average but in big games you look for your big players and Widdop stunk the place out. Austin was good but made a couple of bad calls.

This... We have been beaten by a Salford side nowhere near their best.

For all the plaudits for Price since the restart of the season, this puts huge pressure on him to now land the SL title. If he fails then we have to be decisive and cut our losses with him.

Let’s not take away from Salford, they’re becoming a team to take seriously built on a shoestring.

I’ll be supporting them in the final.

Thought Hill was incredible today. Knew his job and didn't deviate from it. Wrong team selection for me, obviously hard to see beforehand but obvious in hindsight. We were 8 ahead though and shouldn't have lost at that stage. Stupid mistakes...

Indeed, because they are supremely well coached. Juat think what he could do with our squad.

Tell you what though, that Inu knock on in the air was a horrible call against us. And I'm sick of that not being able to drag once a player finally gets up after laying prone with no intention of doing anything to play.

I think that was the interview of a man who knows he has to now deliver a SL title, otherwise he's losing his job.

That was chuffing awful. We didn't field a single kick with any authority until Ratchford took that bomb in the last five minutes; every other effort looked like we had never seen a funny-shaped ball before.

I am tempted to moan about Austin and his Hollywood passes when we did make breaks. But to be fair to him, at least he was in the game trying to do.things. Some senior players, like Widdop and D Clark, largely let the game pass them by and made no impact whatsoever.

Salford were deserved winners, took every chance they had.

That didnt take long.
