Which in all fairness... Is exactly the same question everyone in Warrington was asking.'"

Fairness, what's that got to do with it and what right has Savelio got to jump in? We all know the general feeling on here, but, whether you agree with Savelio sentiments or not, he's no 'Adrian Morley' and not earned the right or even cemented his place in this woeful season despite our best SR being out

So when does a person get the right to question something he thinks is wrong, i ask only because during my working life ive seen what happens to people who never ask questions of management. Being manager in any business does not mean you are always right. As far as im concerned there is no time frame on when you can ask a question if you believe something does look wrong. The only thing i can say that maybe wrong is if he went over the captains head to ask, there is alwats a chain of command.

Obviously depends what the question was and how it was asked. If indeed it ever happened at all.

Savelio has previous when it comes to that sort of thing.

Is it just the case he is not afraid to question something when others would not, i know i did, anyways this is all speculation unless someone as inside knowledge. My point though is no one should ever be afraid to question management decisions, cant sack you for that.

Re Penny, if Tony is so opposed to playing him regardless of form, why bring him back to the club in the first place?

Don't you remember Penny getting good game time and scoring every week then being suddenly dropped? Tony didn't have a problem with him till then.

Same reason Hodgeson was dropped from the GF. Tony trying to prove a point which ultimately cost us a GF win.

Suggesting to your coach that some of your team-mates ought to be dropped? Wow, I bet that's wonderful for team morale! Smacks of cliques and lack of unity.

Hard for Andre to be in a clique when he was very new to team. Unless they are all signed up on day one like some sort of Hollywood American High School. Nobody will join Tom Lineham's A Capella group so no wonder he never looks happy.

I find it hard to believe SJM gas 100% faith in Agar or TS and Agar are this time.
SJM has some patience.

I'm not saying there's a clique, but Andre was good mates with Patton & Livett already. They all went to Newman.

Correct. Russell and Brown are obviously well within Smiths Clique and find themselves (Especially Russell) undropable.

I bet its wonderfull for team morale seeing Russell on the team sheet week in week out no matter how awful his performances are. I bet its awful for Dec, turning up to training and putting the hard graft in just to get dropped as and when Kevin Brown decides if he can be d that particular week.

I don't think its so wrong for someone to challenge Smith on why his favorites are constantly getting game time, no matter how frigging abysmal they are, at the expense of lads who are pushing for a starting spot.

I just wish I knew how things worked.

We hear Smith doesn't run tactics when it comes to attacking play.

We hear Smith doesn't run coaching sessions and leaves to Agar.

So what does he do and if the above is correct, what qualifies Agar to have such a hands on approach.

Skents! Get the video recorder out!

It does appear to the outside world that Brown is picking and choosing the games he plays in. The interview with him last weekend after getting 'injured' in the warm up was cringeworthy.

It's now reported that he has a ruptured plantar fascia in his foot picked up in the Huddersfield match. It takes around a month to heel, and it's difficult to put pressure on, especially when trying to move off.

Don't know how Brown and our medical staff thought he'd be alright after less than 2 weeks.
