Widdop isn't doing what a half should do.
Austin both passes/kicks and importantly challenges the line.
Widdop just passes the ball along the line. He needs to challenge the line.
If not he is useless and surplus to what Austin already gives.

If I was a Warrington fan I’d be directing my frustrations more at Austin than I would Widdop. Widdop’s been poor but it’s his 3rd game in a struggling team devoid of ideas, big ask for him to do a great deal. As for Austin, whenever I’ve watched you I’ve not seen him do anything since early last season.

Patton gets some shat of many posters on here..,but god do I wish he was playing tonight at hb with Ratchford.
