| Why, oh why, do SKY persist in screening Salford and Widnes games?
I don't care if the deal says all clubs have to be on x number of times a season, and I don't care if tonights match is a nail-biting roller-coaster of emotion (it isn't); a match played in front of a crowd who could fit comfortably in a garden shed does the game no service whatsoever.
I'd rather watch Toulouse, Toronto, Leigh or Featherstone.

The crowd was that low that they announced the names of the crowd to the team.

| Salford, Widnes, Huddersfield and to a certain extent Wakefield are holding the game back. Poor teams, poor results, Poor facilities, Poor atmosphere, Poor ambition and woeful attendances

I agree the attendances are poor for the first 3, but they all play in relatively modern stadia.
It's grim reading - 2017 Average Home attendance.
Salford Red Devils 4,703
Wakefield Trinity 5,289
Widnes Vikings 5,767
Huddersfield Giants 5,826
Entire SL 8,568

I hold some hope for Wakey if they can get their facilities sorted, Widnes and Salford look close to the edge - Huddersfield are lucky they have a rich (if very old!) backer. Ideally the likes of Widnes & Salford would take a place in a fully professional second tier, but we'd need a team capable of replacing them that improve the competition, Toronto? Toulouse? Other US? other France?

By stadium capacity I think Wakefield have the greater fill level along with neighbours Castleford.

Personally i think cas should be included in this list, yeah they're having a purple patch now, but they've had them before and been relegated, they're as bad as wakey in false dawns and new stadia. It's never gonna happen.

Perhaps they should consider a shared stadium, built on the boarder?

| Thought Cas' new Stadia had been given the green light? being approved to be moved near the motorway junction? Wakey have already explored the possibility of a ground share but were politely told to 'do one'.

| What was the attendance last night? (Apart from embarrassingly small)
