Quite correct, it should read "Technically has he won the LLS with us he already as silverware".

I fnid you can jsut aoubt tpye anhynitg and be udnersotod. But it's not very pleasing to the reader. In most cases it is down to medical condition, poor education or laziness.
I do not understand why one would argue the point to support incorrect grammar and spelling rather than learn the correct way.
It all started to deteriorate with Star Trek's "to boldly go" - split infinitive. "to go boldly".

Back to Patton, I'm glad he's signed but hope it's in his current role with an opportunity to stake a claim for HB rather than being promised it

That’s the way I’ve interpreted Price’s comments. I have a feeling that Price has a better way of dealing with these situations than Smith. Same result, but the player is left with aspirations not feeling rebuked. Just a different leadership style.

| I'm happy with the Patton signing. He has played well as interchange hooker, Price clearly rates him (and he is far more skilled, and in a better position , to judge than I am) and demand is far out stripping supply in the halfback market.

| Contracts don’t really mean a great deal. Sometimes a player will sign a new contract in good faith with the club even though both know the player will be moving on, but the club can ask for more of a transfer fee when selling him when he’s on a higher contract.
But it will be good if this isn’t one of those situations and Patton does stay, I’ve been impressed with him at hooker.

| He has been adding value over the last few months. No problen with this renewal.
Funnily enough, I don't really know if it is the change of position that has made a difference. If he could be as direct, quick, and as much of a handful while playig 6 or 7, he would be a very good 6 or 7. I just think it is good coaching and good motivation that has got him playing a more forceful game than we saw in 2017.

I’d like to see him have a run of games at 6 or 7 now before judging whether he has a future at half back. We have a pack that is going forward and we actually have an attacking structure in place now, and slowly we have gotten more used to it. Bit unfair to judge Pattons performances when the game plan and structure were - run the ball from dummy half then chuck the ball out wide, something will come up.
