I can't recall McNamara ever doing anything that resembles a decent job anywhere.. his footballing comparison is probably more Steve McLaren than Moyes.

There's a difference between being technically excellent and being all-round up for it excellent...and we were the latter tonight. We weren't technically brilliant by any stretch but I think we wouldve beaten any SL side tonight on effort alone. We're gonna get better and trouble the top four....trust me.

Completion date of 83% in those conditions is outstanding. 26 0 is a great win regardless of anything.

It was a very good effort but lets not get too carried away. Catalan rarely threatened last night and in my opinion we probably wouldn't have beaten any of the top sides with that performance.

Catalan wouldn't have beaten an under 3s side on the evidence of that showing. Possibly the worst display I've ever seen from a SL side.
