I just did the Midweek Guardian. Half the people in the houses were annoyed at you for spamming them, and the other half would accuse you of not having delivered it the previus week and would ask if they could have a second copy for their mate around the corner or whatever.

You got paid according to the number of leaflets in that week's edition, plus about £3.50. So you would hope for a middle ground between about 14/15 leaflets (which would break your back and take all night) and 2/3 which would barely get you half a CD.

about 30 pages long.. 28 pages of adverts and a front and back cover..... I used to stash them under my bed, but my mum found them and went mad.. so i ended up dumping them... got away with it for about 8 weeks before i got sacked... they used to phone up people at random and see if they had the paper delivered.. only got about £4 a week for it anyway... wasnt worth delivering.

I think I got 10 and six not sure if that included Sundays, possibly an extra half crown for Sundays, paid 5s 11p or so a week for my bike a Falcon if I remember correctly, as my Granddad would say it's hard but it's regular.

I don't think Warrington WANT me to renew mine. Sent the 8 month DD forms in well before closing date, they've not even set it up for me. So now I'm going to have to pay over 6 months.

I 'll be renewing and still attending the aways no matter where we finish but there are issues within the club at present which need to be sorted out.
