He has served our club well and the disrespectful tone of some posts is shameful. Loyalty is a 2 way street, Woody deserves our thanks for his efforts.

And from my point of view it's the lack of respect for his efforts for the team shown by your, and other, posts which surprises me.

If true, I think that it's a shame that Paul Wood has gone, not because he was going to be in our first 17 week in week out, but, given his service to the club. I understand that it's tough 'out there' and he may have engineered the path to the exit door, but IMO he deserved to leave with a bit of 'dignity' if that's the right word? You know a bit of planning by all parties and an acknowledgment of a good career with us, a send off.

Is this as credible as the "Myler to Hull KR" story ?
