Probably something daft because of the hot weather.
If you haven't had it serviced very recently it might be a good idea to change your air filter.
Living near London it may likely clog up faster than usual, that would slow the air intake and give a poorer fuel mix and the engine management would pick that up straight away.
It's very easy and cheap change yourself.
If that doesn't clear it then you'll need to have the ECU read for the error and cleared.
