| Id go for this for the final table:
1 - Wire or Saints
3 - Leeds
4 - Catalan
5 - Wigan
6 - Hull
7 - Huddersfield
8 - Wakefield
9 - Bradford
10 - Widnes
11 - London
12 - Hull KR
13 - Castleford
14 - Salford
As for how we'll do? we were two wins away from the treble last season so I see no reason to be anything other than optimistic for next year

| What exactly has Nathan Brown done to warrant all this belief that Saints are suddenly going to be top 3 or even win the LLS?
The bloke totally lost the dressing room and his tactics were found out at Huddersfield.
Saints won't be real challengers until they get Lance Hofaifa (or whatever he's called) out of the halves and sign a new prop. I'm sure they'll get top-6 but better than last year? Nope.

| I suspect people are placing Catalans a little high. Robinson performed miracles in getting them so high in the last two years, and Frayssinous might take a while to develop his own style.
I think Leeds are actually stronger now, they'll be in the top three with us and Wigan. Saints and Hull next along, Catalans making up the six.

Mummy duck is now thoroughly depressed. SHE was the one that was famous for losing five in a row........until the 2011 GF!!!!!: |
|
| I'm going to stick my neck out and predict that Tomkins will be far less of a "game winner" next season. We showed when we played Wigan we could neutralise him. In the CC semi-final Leeds knew how to play against him. Other teams will learn from that. And behind all of that I can remember having discussions with people back in the Wilderspool days....Wigan dont know how to change their system when it aint working.

| So looking at the predictions people reckon the Wigan losing Finch . Leuluai . Carmont and Fielden and maybe Hock and replacing them With Smith . Green Taylor I think from kr won't be any worse off than last year ?
I must say I think the pies have a very poor squad and will only scrape into top six maybe just in the top eight if they lose Hock as well !

Amazing that crowds and tv figures were both up when the season was so meaningless bar 5 weeks and mediocre.
You'll be right at home on the Cherry and White board.'" Do you think i'm having a 'pop' at warrington's seasons? because i'm not. This is the best warrington side i've seen but the overall standard of league fixtures of the whole of superleague are of poor quality. Did you think the games at warrington and the games you watched on sky were of high quality?

I think the guidance/structure Waite will bring with him, will aid Frayssinous no end.
Also, I don't see how Brown can make Saints' half backs into a table-topping pair.

| I think Wire will take it slow and steady and a lack of early intensity will mean top 4 but not top.
Hull are an unknown factor
Saints will be a better team for Brown, yes he lost Hudds but you'll get that sort of thing with uncertainty whenever they thought he was staying they did well BUT are Saints another stop gap?
Wigan i think will struggle early on and pick up near the end of the season, too many key personnel gone to hit it off from the start.
Leeds will improve slightly from last year purely from confidence, i expect top 4 from them.
Catalans again similar to Hull, unknown, how will the new guy cope, can he surpass or even just equal Robinson?
I'll go
Saints
Wire
Leeds
Wigan
Hull FC
Catalans
Bradford
Hudds
for playoffs

Looking at the top 6 only, I am going with Gary's pick, except I am going to swap Wire and Saints around. I think Saints have strengthened their team and will be hungry. Leeds will be stronger IMO, even though some players are getting 'long in the tooth' They have some good youngsters coming through and I suspect will be the team to beat for the CC and GF. Wire are an ageing team, and will need to give game time to some of our youngsters - so I think we will drop points. I think our big advantage is the fact we have strength in depth, so at the end of the season we ought to have a good chance of at least one of the two major prizes using a fresh and very seasoned set of professionals.

| I wouldn't be surprised if Leeds and Wigan swap their profiles next season; I can see Wigan having a very inconsistent season but coming good at the play-offs, and Leeds playing more to their potential during the regular season. I suspect Hull will have their moments and be hard to beat but might need another season to seriously challenge.

Rubbish.... Yes, their squad isn't as good as last season's, but neither is anybody elses in the league - Most sides will be weaker, even ourselves. Probably, only Hull are looking significantly stronger, and it will be too soon for them to break the top 3.
As long as Tomkins stays fit, then Wigan are definite top 4, possible top 2, and contenders for both Cup comps.

| If TS decides that he wants to win the LLS then we will.
Saints won't be as good as some are saying but because there are some poor teams in Super League Saints will make the top 4 by default.
The CC maybe the one where we won't do as good as other seasons.
My top 4 are
1. Wire (easily if TS decides to go for it like he did in 2011)
2. Wigan
3. Hull
4. Saints
5 Leeds
6 Catalans

| I actually think we have a good chance of winning the CC again.
I reckon its become a 'tradition' in our dressing room in the same way the playoffs/GF has with Leeds. They will regard it as 'their' trophy and so be totally focused on defending it.
I don't think you could persuade our players to take it lightly in order to free us up for the league campaign. Also the psychology of it helps to override ups and downs of form, in the same way the Leeds players probably think whatever happens we'll be dangerous in the playoffs, our players probably expect every round of the CC will be a Warrington win.
The bookies will make us CC favourites and rightly so.
How good would 4 in 5 years sound?
