Least we are back in the game another Cas score at 10-0 would have made it really tough, real stop start game and its not helping us.

How many times have Briers and Myleer been tackled with the ball...... its shocking.
Still Cas look 2 paces quicker than us which is why they dominated for lots of the half, our first break came on 26 minutes.
Need to settle down and get into some sort of rhythm.
